D. Restrictions.

• All our home delivery orders include basic maneuvering, being only at the ground floor level and inside the home where the merchandise will be placed.
• In the case of an apartment building, the merchandise will be left inside the home or apartment, as long as the access allows the merchandise to be accessed free of damage.
• The following maneuvers are not carried out during the delivery of merchandise:
  • Merchandise flights are not carried out.
  • Product installation is not performed.
  • The product used by the customer is not collected.
  • Doors and windows are not removed to access the merchandise to the home.
  • The product is not disassembled in order to be able to bring the product into the home (product warranty).
  • No furniture is moved, the access space must be free to avoid damage to the facilities and merchandise.
  • In the case of stairs, space must be wide enough to avoid damage.
• Basic construction material is left at the foot of the truck or sidewalk.
• The delivery service may be restricted to areas that are difficult to access. Check restricted areas in your nearest store.
